Ride for Relief is expanding to include a walk for mental health. Alongside community partner Mentis Assist, PHS are hosting the 6th annual Ride for Relief, a charity cycling event to build connection and mental health awareness.
Along with the 1-day and 6-day rides, this year PHS are giving our community the opportunity to experience Walk for Relief – a 10km walk through Portsea’s Point Nepean National Park.
